We have some of our sets restricted to only make Preset speed dial calls. We would like to be able to use an access code on some of the phones, so that they are restricted without using a code (such as the dial 9 to call out). I do not know where to go in System Programming to do this. I am familiar with the programming and can do most of the simple things without crashing the system, but need more technical advice for this one.
