Hello,

I want to use a analog mobile telephone (Siemens Gigaset 4010 Micro) with ACD. The ffc´s are already created (lilo *5; nrdy #5). The telephone ist created too, but when I´m changing the ftr (acd 1888 0 Pos-ID), I get the following error messages:
ITEM ftr acd 1888 0 885444
SCH5037
FTR SCH0355
FTR SCH0355
FTR
Now I need help.
What is the problem?
How must I treat the error messages?

Thanx a lot!

SCH 5037 say's that you need to set AGTA in the CLS to make the set eligable for ACD

try that Colin

Hi Colin,

thank you for answering.
The AGTA is already set, but the error messages are still the same.

The 500 set needs the correct class of service settings before the ACD features can be added.
Change the class of service (CLS) to MCTD, XHD, AGTA and XFD.
After this change you can add the FTR features.

try that

Hello Colin,

I´ve made these changes, but at the agta-change i got the message that I can´t change this, because ccsa is set. Then i changed ccsa to ccsd and changed also agtd to agta, but the problem is not resolved.

The error messages are still the same.

Try to loose the '0' in the line "ftr acd 1888 0 885444"
So Try: "ftr acd 1888 885444"
(The CLID entry for analogue phones is set at the DN prompt)

regs,
Edwin

J..I would OUT the TN and start from scratch as there appear to be several things that conflict with the ACD set up. The above list of CLS settings are required. If you have a working 500 ACD set compare the settings.
