Hi All,

We upgraded from Accpac 5.5 to Sage ERP 2014 successfully, but we skipped Assets management as we unaware did not include it in the earlier upgrade. Now after almost 4 months they want to upgrade. We did it by creating a new Profile for only Assets then took all files for AM only and paste it the current upgraded version and take the dump and load but we only receive the attached error message when opening the Company.

Could anyone please help in this!

Thanking you in advance.

Regards,
Francis

Just like the message says, you can't upgrade directly from 5.5 to 2014, you have to go to 5.6 first.

I followed all steps to 5.6 up to Sage 2014, then I copied the database files to the current System but brings that error. It is only Asset management which needs to be included in others modules which are already upgraded and are working fine.

If there is any other way please, your help is highly appreciated.

1 - Install Asset Management 5.6 and Activate the Application in the company
2- Install Asset Management 6.2 and activate the application in your company
