I need to give the ASPNET user full rights so it can have full access to network resources...how do I do this?

Or can I change the user that runs ASP.NET to another already setup user? (how?)

also, where should I be posting ASP.NET questions in here?

It's hiding on that list to the left. it's called: Microsoft: ASP.NET, it's right between Microsoft: Active Server Pages (ASP), and PHP. And when in doubt, there's a search function at the top of the forum that allows you to search for a specific forum, or even a post. Searching this forum for ASP.Net would likely have pointed you to the ASP.Net forum.
