.asp form/link restriction

Hello, I have a few .asp forms that are linked from a website and are house on my website. I want to make these forms on accessible through the website they are linked from. I have excluded these forms from the search options on my website. Yet, I’ve found there are users who have stored the URL in their Favorites/Bookmarks, and are still accessing the forms that way. I would like the forms only accessible through the website in which they are linked from. Does anyone have any suggestions?

The links are not linked to the website yet. I've asked a few of my users, who submitted the forms, how did they get to the forms. They said they bookmarked them. At one time they were searchable through my website.
