ASP/Application Pools...

Can someone solve this problem for me? I keep getting different event log entries for different applications I have:

Event Type: Error
Event Source: Active Server Pages
Event Category: None
Event ID: 5
Date: 8/30/2003
Time: 5:08:14 AM
User: N/A
Computer: SRV23
Description:
Error: The Template Persistent Cache initialization failed for Application Pool 'ExchangeMobileBrowseApplicationPool' because of the following error: Could not create a Disk Cache Sub-directory for the Application Pool. The data may have additional error codes..

Are you using Windows 2003? In that case it's probably because the IIS_WPG group doesn't have the correct permissions to any or all of these folders:

%systemroot%\IIS Temporary Compressed Files
%systemroot%\Help\IISHelp\Common
%systemroot%\System32\Inetsrv\ASP Compiled Templates

This is what I have set for those folders.

%systemroot%\IIS Temporary Compressed Files
%systemroot%\System32\Inetsrv\ASP Compiled Templates
- for both of those dirs above, IIS_WPG has 'FULL' access.


%systemroot%\Help\IISHelp\Common
- IIS_WPG has Read/Execute, List Folder Contents, Read

Any other ideas??
