Does anybody know of any "gotchas" when attempting to run ASP 3.0 and ASP.NET apps on the same web server?

We have been running asp and asp.net on the same server in our development environment for about 6 months and in production for about 1 month with no known issues.

Just keep up with the .Net patches and you should be fine.
