ASP 0177 Object server is stopping when OLE service contacts it

I run COM on Windows 2000 Server, SQL Server on Windows 2000 Pro. Same code work fine on old server (for a year) that have everything on it (OS, SQL). Now I put SQL on other server and I have been getting this error more than once a day.

Server object, ASP 0177 (0x80080008)
Object server is stopping when OLE service contacts it

And an error occured when it read this line:
Set obj = Server.CreateObject("MyCOM.MyClass&quot

Could anybody help please?

hi I am having a similar situation in the production environment. Reboot however solves this problem . Can any one help .

My network administrator installed WINS on IIS Server, then that problem never happen again. I'm not sure if it is the right way to do it but it works. Any suggestion is still welcome.

thanks ,i checked the WINS and its configured on W2k Server.
I am still reserching it . Short time gap , i found that killing the dllhost.exe will solve this issue. As my server object are running on COM+.
Any suggestion would be welcom .
