ASM and Cordless Phone

Is there anything that needs to be donein programming in order for a generic cordless phone to ring? The phone works fine in every manner except for ringing......have replaced it just in case, but have the same problem on the new phone.

have you checked out the output ring from the ATA? Plug in a regular 2500 set at the ata and at the location for the cordless phone. try the cordless at the ata itself etc.
