ASM & Fax

I have a customer with an ASM and several fax machines, all was working fine till a couple of weeks ago "Integra" changed their band with and ever since they are experiencing problems with slow faxes, no connection and so forth. I am sure it is an "Integra" problem but they won't admit to anything. Any Ideas??
