Hello,
So I've been having quite a time getting an authorization code configured for international dialing though this forum has been quite helpful. Where I'm at now is once you dial and international number you are asked for the authorization code however, entering it seems to have no effect. This is an IP Office 8.1 system and most of the phones are 1608s & 1616s with a few SIP Polycom phones thrown in.
Here's what I've done so far........
Created a short code 9011N;/Dial/011N"@IP" and set to force auth code.
Created a user rights group International containing the short code set to force auth.
Created auth code set to the International group.
All set for relevant outbound ARS and line group. I'd rather not create another short code to enter the auth code but, at this point I just need to get it working. Extensions not in the International group are in the NoInternational group which barres such calls and it seems to be working fine.
I appreciate any help you can give me.
Thanks
