Hi,
Does anyone know the procedure to access the service menu for the D62/i62 series, thanks?

Hi,
Thanks for the link but does not supply any new info! I found by holding down 4+pwr on keys puts phone into SERVICE MODE READY FOR DOWNLOAD!!!
Can anyone explain or supply details how to use this mode, thanks?

Do you have the USB Programmer and would that mode be for upgrading the firmware ?

Hi,
Yes, I have the WINPDM DC4 programmer and found when SERVICE MODE the programmer does not recognise the phone!

Not sure if there is a different programmer required to gain access to SERVICE MODE?
