From the length of time it's taken for someone to post an answer, I would surmise there's nothing out there. Ascential doesn't even discuss QM on their website, and they don't seem to talk about it unless it's part of the DataStage suite.
Depending upon what you're trying to accomplish, you might want to look at the many data profiling options instead of QM: Ascential MetaRecon, Evoke, and Avellino are the big three. Or you could look at DQ management systems if you're just trying to verify business rules that already exist.
