ASBCE Missing Authentication Tab in the SIP Server provider config

Hi folks

ASBCE 8.1.3.2 hotfix 3 and hotfix JITC

Me again.

I have stumped a few folks on this one.

I need to authenticate with my SIP provider for ASBCE testing. I have 3 different ASBCE configs I can see that are working and, they all 3 have the Authentication tab.

Doing a brand-new install and I get to where I'm ready to test and, there's no authentication tab in the SIP server configuration.

We have applied the JITC MUDG and the hotfix JITC. Usually, we would not be looking for this tab....
