ASBCE - IX Worplace - iPhone - tpkt/mtcti 101 on swipe up 1

So I have an ASBCE, with IX Workplace app on my iPhone. It works perfect when open. However as soon as I swipe up on the app, and try to call its extension from a desk phone it goes straight to voicemail. This happens as soon as I swipe up on the app, not even locking the phone.

It deregisters. You should also see a SIP register message with „expires=0“.

If you have push notification enabled the app should be started on an incoming call though.

My app will literally only ring if im looking at it on my phone screen.

Confirmed on Android, the call comes in with the phone locked.

Does the IPO itself need to get out to the internet for APN to work?

It does. I don’t find the needed URLs at the moment. IPO needs to contact Various servers on port 443.

I had the same issue once and I fixed it by rebooting the IPO

dsm600rr has been helping me with this project and has been a great help. I owe him more than he knows. I have a question about the IPO LAN 1 to the Internet vs LAN2. Is there any automatic routing for all Internet outbound traffic to go out LAN 2?

Apparently this is a know issue with R11.1.1.1 and Avaya is working on it. Thanks for the help @derfloh
