ASA5510 , FTP problem

HI,

I have an ASA5510 setup with a fairly basic config, running ver 7.2(2)

My users cannot seem to connect to any external FTP sites, they ask for login, and then just time out and come up with the 'page not found'.

Anyone know if there are any know issues with FTP and ASA's?

Sounds like you don't have FTP inspection configured.

ASA(config)#policy-map global_policy
ASA(config-pmap)#class inspection_default
ASA(config-pmap-c)#inspect FTP
