ASA Shared System file getting corrupt

We are using ASA version 3.0.8 and I'm trying to set up a shared system file so that multiple administrators can all use the same one and if one person updates it all the others get the update as well. I had it set up and working on 3 machines and then went to do some testing. I created a "test" voice system and just put in dummy info just to have one to test with. I saved it and then closed my ASA and went to my coworker and had him pull his up. His came up and the "test" was there. I had him delete it and it disappeared like it should. Then when I went back into mine it came up saying "The shared system file you are trying to open is either corrupt or an invalid shared system file. Please read the help documentation on using a shared system file." And the "test" is still there. Everything else works but I don't feel too good about seeing this error all the time. I've tried deleting the "test" in mine after he's deleted it from his and it wipes out everything. I've tried several variations including having him save configuration after deleting the test and not saving configuration and it doesn't make a difference. Anyone have any experience with this?

Yes, you got corruption in the shared system file, which is the main reason I suggest do NOT use this "feature" :)
