Does any know the programming procedure for a ASA/DSS to act as a mini ACD?

ASA or automatic system answer can be programmed to answer all calls after a specified # of rings, give a brief greeting, and then:
a. place call on hold at extension 10
b. ring all extensions programmed with that line, or
c. hang up

DXD or direct extension dial answers after specified # rings, plays your greeting and transfers to the extension specified by the caller.

You need the ASA/DXD card to do these. Use programming code #111 to program an on/off button on ext. 10 to activate or deactivate. #110 programs the delay, #204 assigns the lines, #121 sets the mode (hold, ring or disconnect). Call intercom 891 from ext. 10 or 11 to record (ASA must be turned off).
