If I dial in to a site using either ASA (Tracker) or network connection then connect to the CM if I leave the connection idle for more than 20 - 30 seconds it freezes then disconnects. This happens on all of my remote connections but not if I connect to a system locally ie. VPN and remote desktop

I have updated ASA to the latest software and service pack

Any Suggestions ?

How do your ASA system properties look and what port are you connecting with ?

The system properties vary depending on which customer I am connecting to as does the port I use. I get the same issue no matter what settings port is used.

Beginning in CM 3 Avaya added an entry under system/maintenance; Command Time-out (minutes), that will log out out when the timer expires. The default is 120 minutes. Another place to look is in your ASA configuration. For each PBX there is an option of Inactivity Timer. The default is '0' (never expire). Settings other than '0' will log you out after the specified period of inactivity.

Thanks for the above

The Idle disconnect for the connection is set to 0
I cannot see the System / Maintenance option

I believe the system / Maintenance option can be changed with the following command:
cha system-parameters maintenance
pg 1

The system parameters maintenance would be per system, as this happens with all my connections I cannot see it being that.
