ASA Brower Tab

My Avaya Site Admin program (loaded on XP) just started doing this: the program Browser tab on the left hand side of the screen has jus the icons but no text for what each one is for. Icons and text use to be there up until a few days ago. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the program but it is still doing the same thing. Any ideas?

This is usually visual setting in windows. Do you tinker with font sizes in your appearance properties?


I alrea read about someone who had this problem because they were using windows themes instead of standard view.

Yes - I have tried messing with font sizes and under Appearance I am using Windows XP Style (is that what you meant by 'windows themes instead of standard view'? Thanks.

Yes thats what I mean. You can go in and tell windows xp to use classic style. Sometimes the skinning of applications causes these kinds of problems.

Yes it did - strange how that setting would strip the text from the browser window - appreciate the help.
