ASA 6.0 no installing on Windows 10 enterprise Build 19045

I recently got a new computer from work. I cannot for the life of me get ASA 6.0 to install on Windows 10 build 19045 on an HP EliteBook 850 G8 Notebook PC. It self extracts, then when I or any other administrator click the first choice, it gives the blue circle like it will install, then nothing. Has anyone else had this issue and what are some workarounds?

I'm running it ok (6.0sp14) on win10 19045 so I'd look at security lockdowns i.e GPOs etc

Try activating/enabling Directplay first and then run the setup again.

That's already enabled. The HP Elitebook G8's are giving us problems with other software. It does a weird thing with CMS supervisor where if you log in, it logs you into the server, then closes the client out.
