ASA 5505 - VPN connects but cannot ping any IPs

After connected to VPN, cannot ping any IPs at Office, and also cannot connect to Internet from remote location.

1) enable NAT-Traversal (crypto isakmp nat-traversal)
2) for internet access, how is the remote site connected?? i don't see a L2L tunnel configured on this device.

I entered before I posted config: crypto isakmp nat-traversal 20
remote site connects to Internet via DSL connection. remote site can connect to other ASA/PIX.
 
are packets flowing both way rx and tx in the tunnel?
