Hi,

Im trying to configure the ASA but im out of luck :p
I want the Internal interface (LAN) to be able to access the NAT ports on a machine by the External IP and Internal IP.

ASA External vlan 2, interface 0/0
ASA Internal vlan 1, all other interfaces.

The ASA External Interface IP is 54.54.54.54
And the NAT machine External IP is also 54.54.54.54
And the NAT machine Internal IP is 172.54.54.10

I can acccess the NAT machine from outside office, from any IP.
I can access the NAT machine from inside the office through the Internal IP, but not by the External IP.

I would like to access all ports (or at least ssh) on the NAT machine from the Internal network by Internal IP and External IP.

Any ideas?

I know alias was working on the PIX, but that was by dns name. Any solution for the ASA?

I guess the obvious question is why? You can use a static with the dns option and it will work like the alias command.
