Here is what's new in ASA 2.0 so you can decide for yourself:
- Append Date to a File Name
- Attempt another connection of one fails
- Unused extension list
- Email no longer dependant on outlook client
- Gives a warning when closing ASA if jobs are pending
- Editing Scheduled tasks in GEDI
- Login Scripting
- Sharing of templates and button labels from the persist.dat file
You could check with an Avaya business partner. If you've upgraded your switch you get the latest copy for free. I believe if you want to buy it it's only about $250.
No go to ASA 2.1 this is the latest as 2.0.12 has a bug and you can't save some reports eg 'list bcms vdn xxxx 07:00 15:00' the software will try to use this command as the file name to save the file and you can't use column's in the file name.
