Any suggestions on the problem below?
E1024 Failed to contact tape server a7

I checked the Group name and it is correct.
I checked the memory and the Cache Buffer Memory is at 78%

I noticed that the IRQ for the adapter is set on 11 where all our other servers are set at 10. I don't believe this is the cause, however, it is the only thing I have been able to find.

Have had this error message with Arcserve7 and it was due to a malfunctioning DLT drive. I've replaced the DLT and everything was ok.
