as5300 overloade

dear friends
i have problem with As5300 with 8 e1 ,the problem is when the 240 users are connected. by this i mean when all of E1 are fulled , overload happens.there is no nat command or even access-list either any commands which raise the cpu proccessing ,
furthure more the feature of my As5300 is: memory:128 mb and flash:16
i've changed the ios too but any changes happened
could anyone helps me to decrease the cpu processing by any command.

do you have cef or route-caching enabled??

look to see what process is using up the cpu as well.
