Am running the versions specified above. I have walked into an interstate branch office where Arcserve was installed/configured by someone else and have so far resolved a few config mistakes.
Now that the user account settings have been fixed and the Exchange agent installed, I am using the Backup Manager (locally) to create the job.
When I go into the tree view, under 'My Computer' -> 'Microsoft Exchange Server - Brick Level' -> 'Individual Mailboxes', I am getting the mailboxes that sit on my server back at Headoffice, rather than the mailboxes that sit on this server!
I have an Exchange site containing 3 servers, each hosting the mailboxes belonging to staff based at those offices. ArcServe AE is installed on each of those servers, along with the Exchange agent.
How can I get this Arcserve installation to recognise the local mailboxes sitting on this server, instead of populating the interstate mailboxes under the local server's name (in the tree view).
Your help is very appreciated!!
