ARserve Database

I've got two installs of Arcserve IT Advanced Edition 6.61 on my NT4 Server. The problem is I would like to move the old databse into the newley install one so as to get back all the information. Can someone explain how to do this? Also I would like to know what patches/upgrade are required for the newely installed one. Currently showing Arserve IT Advanced Edition 6.61 Build 834. And where can I obtain these patches/updates from?

If I read your post right, you've installed Arcserve onto a different server, if so, you just have to copy the database and the jobs folders to the new box.

Do you know what is the process of doing so. eg: Stop AServe Engines etc?

Yes, arcserve services should be turned off, then just copy the folder, then re-start arcserve.
