I am slightly confused to configure the new ARS feature in Avaya IP500. We have certain number dedicated to management staff incase if this line is busy the call should go to the second line.
Line 1 is created as outgoing truk group 4 and line 2 is created as outgoing trunk group 5. created shortcode as [9]80N. line group id 50Main. in the ars column created shortcode as [9]80N line group id as assigned as 4.
could any one suggest how to configure in the ARS.
