Seems like Time Profile doesn't have any effect to Out of Hours Route in r11.1 SP1.
Does not matter if calling within or outside the times defined in the Time profile - it never routes to the Out of Hours ARS.

Anyone got it working?

Time Profile
Use of a ARS form can be controlled by an associate time profile. Outside the hours defined within the time profile, calls are rerouted to an alternate ARS form specified in the Out of Hours Route drop-down. Note that the Time Profile field cannot be set until an Out of Hours Route is selected.

Edit:
Out of service route to another ARS does not work either..
The Monitor trace will throw you a: CMARS: CMARSTargetingFailed

Without knowing whats in your time profile (and other bits of your config) its pretty hard to answer. Have you tried using the control available that force a time profile to change state?

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.

Tried time table with several slots "on" and "off" and calling both within ond outside the set times - it still never hits the alternate ARS2.

Using the alternate ARS2 as a main ARS works.
ARS1 in Out of Service to ARS2 = CMARSTargetingFailed. nothing in Monitor trace shows that ARS2 is triggered

Tried this on both customers and in our lab - seems to be a bug actually.

I was hoping anyone could confirm that Out of Service ARS and Timed alternative ARS does not work for them.
Dealing with Avaya.... They never try things for themselves even if they can confirm by taking 2 minutes to test it... No they want to fire up the Service request machinery and send 100 questions and demand logs and configs.

So.. I will go the extra miles and let these calls be handled by Voicemail pro over the weekend, instead of using the IPO core routing.

Have you tried using a shortcode to take ARS1 out of service
Then see if it goes to ARS 2 .

That should prove the routing works..I hope

Anytime a time profile doesn't work first thing I ask is did you try to go past midnight in the time profile? That will make invalid and not work. Just starting with the simplest thing that could fail.

IE 6pm to 8am is invalid
If you want to do this, you do 12am to 8am, then 6pm to 11:59pm.

The truth is just an excuse for lack of imagination.

I actually tried several 5 minutes on, 5 minutes off, 5 minutes on, 5 minutes off - all during 2 hours from 4pm to 6pm.
I still cannot use a failover ARS. The same time profiles DO work when applied to Huntgroups and Incoming call routes.

Please provide a Screen shot of your ARS and time profile

I Dare to say that ARS Out of Service Routing and Out of Hours routing does not work in neither 11.1.0.1 build 95 nor 11.1.0.2 build 14.
- At least in Locale Sweden. I was hoping that someone here could test in their system to confirm or contradict my statement.
If it works for You, then it might be a bug related to the Locale setting. I have tested this both in my lab systems and customer systems.

The time profile below is actually working when used in Huntgroup and in Incoming call route.

Also trying setting "Alternate Route in Service" manually to No, the Monitor log give you:
CMARS:CMARSTargetingFailed
CMARS:FAIL CALL

ARS failover does not seem to work in any conditions in 11.1. Not even Alternate Route:
ARS Alternate Route Priority Level:1, User Prioriti Level:5 - Will give the monitor error cause:

"CMARS: No Alternate ARS Or User Priority lower than ARS Priority - Remain on the Current Form: Main

? When did you upgrade to 11.1? What type of IP Office systems is this?

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.

That looks very much like Containerized, but didnt think 11.1 was on that
