Hi all,

I have an Ip office which uses short codes on the ARS main to direct calls appropriately.

i currently have example

code------- 011XXXXXXXXXXXX (10 XS)
TEL NO ----011N
FEATURE----DIAL
LINEGROUP--0 (LINE GRP 0 IS MY T1 TRUNKS)
FORCED AUTH CODE

THIS ABOVE WORKS WELL FOR THE UK, HOWEVER IF I NEED TO CALL SOMEONE IN BELGIUM @ NUMBER 01132 6211 XXXX
I GET THE "ENTER AUTH CODE" AFTER THE 6TH OR SEVENTH DIGIT TRYING OUT TO THIS NUMBER.

WHAT CODE CAN I USE ACCOMODATE ALL NUMBERS DIALED OUT VIA 011 (7 OR 8 OR 12 DIGITS)?

THANKS GUYS

so intrigrant you're saying I do

code------- 011N
TEL NO ----N
FEATURE----DIAL
LINEGROUP--0

please correct me if I'm wrong

thanks

No, TN=. the dot means that the whole number dialled wil be send to the line, the N only send the digits in the N of the dialled number

HI,

I currently have the sets in a USER RIGHTS as members (block all calls with authorisation code)from there the calls go to the ARS MAIN

example to call the UK with the set as a member of user rights BLOCK ALL WITH CODE

code------------ 01144XXXXXXXXXXXX (12 X's)
Feature--------- Dial
tel no-----------01144N
Line Group ID----50 Main
Force Auth code---checked

after my auth code is entered it goes to 50 main
When it gets to 50 main this routing occurs:

code------------ 01144XXXXXXXXXXXX (12 X's)
Feature--------- Dial
tel no-----------01144N
Line Group ID----0 (T1 trunks)
No codes..
with this the call works but whenever I try dialling let's say belgium which uses less digits I don't get through

example belgium 01144 6211 1234
which is 8 digits this call stays hanging in electronic heaven then drops off..

what do you recommend

thanks
much

t

If you have different length of called numbers I would replace the X's with N.

As said:
In Userrights:
SC=011N;
TN = .
Action = Dial
LineID = 50Main
Forced Accountcode

In ARS50:Main
SC = 011N
TN = .
Action=Dial
LineID = 0 (or whatever the line outgoing ID might be)
No accountcode!
Belgium numbers starts with 32 and then 8 digits for fixed lines and 9 digits for mobile numbers starting with 46, 47, 48 or 49.

Do you really need to send the leading 011 to the trunk? We must send 0044XXXXXXXXX for UK or 001XXXXXXXXXX for US or 0031XXXXXXXXX for Netherlands etc.
I work in Belgium btw
