Ok, not sure if this deals with ARS, but I'm assuming so. I would like to take a specific group of numbers, say ranges 1000-1025 and send them out a specific trunk group (PRI). These numbers share a trunk with other numbers not in same range. I am using a Definity G3 system, S8700 media servers. These numbers are DID. Any ideas?

Try FRL's Assign the DID range and the PRI a FRL of say 6 Give the rest of the users 7. The 7's will go to all trunks while the 6's will just go to the PRI with the FRL of 6. ALL the other trunks in the house must be 7.

Hope this makes sense

Are the 'specific group of numbers' the extensions that the call that is coming from or the numbers that are being dialed?
