ARS problems with adding 1877 1

Here is the problem. I am having problem dialing 1877-895-3035. This is a conference bridge number that I am using for a call (obviously). I can dial other 877 numbers. But the one listed above will not ring through. I have checked the ars and even entered the entire number as the string. min and max num are set to 11 and the route pattern is 10.

Why will that one specific number not work and others will?

Is it possible that that number has been entered in the ARS digit conversion table? A test that you can make is to do a 'list trace station xxxx' on your phone and try dialing the toll-free. Is this number using the same route pattern as your other toll-free numbers?
