I'm having problems dialing a hotel in PR. I can dial their fax number but not their main number. I get a re-order tone from the PBX. I have a G3R v9.
fax number 787-888-6600 working
main number 787-888-6000 not working
I looked in the ars tables to see if it was blocked and I don't see anything that would not allow the call to go through. Here is a list trace of both numbers. working number first.

I'm drawing a blank on this one and it's probably something real simple. Re-order tone sounds like it's in the pbx and not the service provider.
