ARS per tenant

CM5.2.1. Does ARS location 1 always map to Tenant 1? and ARS location 2 map to tenant 2? Or is there a place to define that?

Lastly, if there is a tenant 10 with no ARS location 10, then it will use ARS location all.

Does ars location 1 always map to Tenant 1? NO, it uses the default (which is seen by using ars location all, how ever you can export it and create a new ars table for each location if you need to and assign it to a location. Remember Tenants can be in a same location. So you can setup that way if you choose.. List ars route is your friend in this case..

Phoneguy, ARS and Tenant are not mapped together, there really not associated in anyway. Most sites will have them be the same number for convienence, but when you create one, it does not map to the other. There both configured for different applications.

If you do not create a ARS Location for site 10, it will use the default ARS table.
