I have follow the below step and still fail.
connect to the ARN console port with a console cable
then power cycle the router
when the ARN begins running diagnostics, press the Ctrl+C followed by an ENTER (that's key!) This will bring you to a diagnostics prompt.
diag_1>>
Now, enter the following command to clear the Manager password from NVRAM
diag_1>> d/l/n:5 410000 0
reboot the router normally
loging and reset the Manager password
I have tested on 6 ARN router, is there any other thing that I might miss up.
