Tried posting earlier but it disappeared into the NetsEther :)

Set up 2 routers (one on remote site with no access to site manager).

The Ethernet and ISDN interfaces can be ping for the local end, but the remote end, e.g. I can ping my ISDN but not theirs and Vice Versa. We cannot ping any device after our own ends router.
However, we can see the call being made in the log, authenticates (Chap) ok, line comes up and stays up until it times out, but no traffic passes.

Make sure the log shows that you get to the point of bringing up the IP layer. I think CHAP precedes that. Also...do a "show ppp ip" command and see what IP addresses are being negotiated end to end (I think that command requires the ppp.bat script, otherwise you'll have to look in the MIBs). You may be negotiating a different IP address than you think.
