Arial font is showing different

Hi :

I am going through a strage situation. When I try to create a text field with font in "arial" or "times new roman" it is showing some different font(not in english).

Please help me in this.

Crytal takes its font etc. from the printer it is associated with. If you switch to 'Generic Printer', everything comes out as Courier-style.

Can you switch printers? Or get the printer adjusted?

Thanks for your reply. How to switch printers. There is only printer connected to my workstation.
