Apologies in advance if I've goofed, this is my first post.

I have 2 Octel 350s that will be retired. These are migrating to another manufacturer platform. I've asked the question and been told there's no way to export the recorded prompts for auto attendant applications (we have hundreds of these). I just want to run this past the experts, who often know the ins and outs that may not be in the documentation....

Thanks for any suggestions you can offer.

I do not know of any way to do this. If you find one let me know.

The problem is the codex. If you could find the codex for the messages and prompts in the Aria then it could be done.
