We are a repair company with links to siemens and others but not Avaya, although we repair pretty much any system including Samsung, Telrad, Nortel, Mitel, etc...

Many thanks all. Yes, couple of you are correct, the V2.1 is for IP Office, it is the Alchemy V2.2 that I require.

Nope, my 2.1 is Alchemy, I might have labelled the folder wrong and it's actually 2.2. Cant be bothered to check!
