I am getting ARERR552 Failure during SQL operation to db. Could not use T87 because of
previous binding errors (SQL server 4413).

This occurs when trying to populate fields such as assigned to on a new ticket. Any ideas?

Thanks, but we have found the problem. The data base was busy converting the form across, hence the T25a.

Turn on your filter log. It should give you some help. What application are you using? Sounds like our CRM.

I get the same error from my HelpDesk form. changed an active link, then undid then change, now errors.

Please help me Obi-wan, you're my only hope.
