Area Code Restrictions?

For some reason none of my campuses can call the 630 area code. No one has a problem with their personal phones. The people who are complaining about at all have 11 under 1201. Is there another long distance setting that I'm missing?

I did both 213 and 949

8A4005>1949:0000-
8A4005>194 - Already Assigned

8A4005>1213:0000-
8A4005>121 - Already Assigned

Try setting 163 to 0000 in 8A4005 and see if that fixes your issue.

If there was an emoticon for a standing ovation I'd put it here. I made sure everyone had that setting, and now no one is getting restricted when trying to call Chicago. Thank you all very much!
