Hello,

We have S8720, CM3.1, 6-PN's connected via CSS. The organization would like to remove all consoles. All incoming calls have already been rerouted successfully using VDN/Vectors and there are very few calls going to the consoles. Before removing I will create an announcemnt for unassigned DID calls, Create a VDN to route "0" calls. I have checked all coverage paths and removed "attd" if programmed. Zero out from Voicemail (Intuity 5.0) has already been rerouted. Is there any other programming that will be needed before removing the consoles?

Make sute the consoles are not in Night mode. The switch won't let you delete them if they are in nite.

Thank you. If I find anything else I will post for future use.

dont forget to check your zero out coverage from voicemail and make sure the system coverage or individual coverage is not to an operator console

I have finally removed all (8) attendant consoles both physically and in software. Everything is fine except now the feature button "mj/mn-alm" that I have programmed on my set no longer activates when an alarm is active. I have tried the removing it and reprogramming the feature and a busy out and release. I have a ticket in with Avaya but am not getting anywhere. Could this be the result of removing the consoles?
