Ummm not to sound too cynical or anything, but do you really expect 2 employees of Crystal Decisions to be critical of the product they are trying to sell
I had the book and gave it away, but it does cover the basics quite well. If you've already worked with CE 8, the book doesn't take you much further.
The help files with CE8.5 are fairly comprehensive, and if you can get a tech support person interested in sharing, you'll find that they have a plethora of code and information not otherwise found.
If you're interested in CSP, advanced Administration, etc., definitely look elsewhere.
