Are Issues known between IBM-Laptops and VS 7? 1

Hello,

Basics: IBM - Laptops A31 or T30 or T40 with WinXP SP1 (all handmade)

Method 1. Installing ePO-Agent, then installing VS 7 - System frozen (during Service-Startup) Reboot - also frozen

Method 2. Installing ePO-Agent, installing VS 4.51, then installing VS 7 - it works

Any idea?

I will be testing a T40 with Windows XP1, ePO 2.5.1.285 and McAfee 7.1 early in February. I will let you know if there are any issues.
