we have 3 separate emergency "war rooms" per say. I have 1 500 phone and 1 2616 phone in one location if you pick up either one it needs to ring both the 2616 and 500 phones at a different location. My Hot will only ring 1 2616 and not the 500 (analog) phone..I can setup my 2616 to ring 2 500 phones but I can not figure out how Hot will ring the 2616 and a 500 phone at the same time (using same key). Can I do this without setting up a trunk. I've already told the boss it can be done and 6 hours later i'm still stuck...

Are the 2616 and the 500 the same DN

No the 2616 is not but the 500 are the same, but as long as it will work I can change the DN's to whatever..this is a big issue, well to me it is..I said it will work and I can't get it with out a trunk..ps. doesnt have to go outside our own PBX

perry you may have something that i've been just over looking. I need remote access!!! so from a hot 500 shouldn't have an issue ringing a 2616 and a 500 at same time if they have same DN??? I thought I tried that but kept getting call arrangement errors. Maybe I need to have same DN at each location not across the board..I'll try that see what happens..

Thanks, You may here the errors I get...hope not though

I can easily add another digital phone to the equation but the analog won't ring along with the digitals..help
