Arcsreve 9 on NW6 can't restore individual files/dirs

Hi there,

Arcserve9 running on NW6SP3 server, backup always successful.

Today just want to restore a particular file, then found that somehow my arcsreve9 can't restore individual file.
From AS9 restore manager GUI, no matter restore by tree/session/tape, can only drill down to volume object level, can't further drill down. Is there anyway to fix it?

Also wondering if I've missed some options during my backup job?

Sounds like your database has been pruned!

Try doing a Merge of the tape before you start to restore
