Arcserver and AD users

We are about to migrate to server 2003 & AD, we are using Arcserve 11 (BrightStor). Are there any users out there doing this today with the same products.

What I am trying to establish is do I need to have the open file agent to backup the AD.

Have you ever had to perform a restore and run into any issues.

All feedback Welcome.

Hi,

You do not need to install the OFA to backup the AD.
When you perform a backup of the System State, it takes care of backing up the ADS as well.
