ARCserver 2000 - Can't Backup * Please Help!!!

I am attempting to backup three different server with three different tape drives. I am receiving the following error:

E3322 - Unexpected return from find first file. Unable to backup files after (FILE=C:\Document and Settings\Administrator\*.*, EC=ACCESS DENIED)

I am getting this ACCESS DENIED on every line. I look in the local users group and there is a user name Arcserver with Backup and Admin privileges. This is my first time attempting to do a backup on these servers. The servers were not in production.

I am using the OBF agent and SQL agent. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

I don't know but it seems to be an Access Denied...

Do you backup from a "normal" share or an "administrative share"?

To be sure I advise you to test (and use too) it from Admin Share like C$, D$, etc.
