Arcserve2000 Problem to restore Netware-Files

I use Netware 4.11 and I created a new server and forgot to add long file names to the volume I created. Make sure that you have done that. Also make sure you use the fqdn .cn=xxx.o=xxx when you do the backups and make sure that your backups include the NDS option. Right click on the agent object in the backup scheduler and click on NDS option. If you did not do this when you created your backup job you may be out of luck this time, but can fix it for future purposes. Also, we abandoned netware backups using a 2000 host because of slowness issues and non reliability of restores. Try switching your backups to a netware backup host if at all possible.
